Hiring: Store Manager – Leading Ice Cream Brand

📍 Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Ice Cream / QSR / Café / Food Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Handle complete day-to-day store operations
• Manage and train staff, prepare duty rosters
• Ensure excellent customer service and hygiene standards
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain brand SOPs and store performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as Store / Outlet Manager
• Strong leadership and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of POS, inventory & cash management
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & holidays
