Store Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash management, and floor supervision
• Hire, train, and schedule store employees for maximum efficiency
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting and achieving store targets
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
• Address customer concerns and maintain high service quality
• Enforce safety, compliance, and loss prevention policies
