Job Description: Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our Bengaluru store to handle in-store customer sales, product guidance, and billing, while ensuring a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand requirements, and assist in product selection
• Explain products clearly and close sales (upsell/cross-sell when relevant)
• Handle billing & payments (UPI/Cash/Card) as applicable
• Maintain store hygiene, display, and shelf arrangement
• Support stock tasks: replenishment, counting, inward/outward coordination
• Handle basic customer queries/exchange requests as per policy
• Meet sales targets and share daily sales updates with the manager

Requirements

• Retail/in-store sales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication can apply)
• Good customer handling and communication skills
• Comfortable with standing for long hours and working weekends/peak hours
• Basic smartphone usage for coordination and updates
• Languages: Kannada / English / Hindi
