Store Promoter

As a Promoter at The Organic World, you will act as the face of the brand—engaging with customers, explaining product benefits, and driving sales by promoting awareness of organic and sustainable living.Greet and engage customers proactively at the store or promotional location. Educate customers about TOW’s product range—organic groceries, wellness products, eco-friendly items, etc. Conduct product demos, sampling, and promotions effectively. Communicate offers, discounts, and membership programs clearly. Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the promotional area. Gather feedback and share customer insights with the store or marketing team. Achieve daily/weekly targets for product sampling, lead generation, or conversions. Participate in outdoor activations, events, or community markets as needed. Key Skills & Qualifications Minimum 10th / 12th pass; diploma/graduate preferred. 1+ years of experience in a promoter/sales/executive role preferred (FMCG or retail sector ideal). Strong communication skills in English and local language. Enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented. Basic knowledge of organic and healthy living is a plus. Ability to stand for long hours and work weekends/holidays as needed.
