Store Promoter

Store promoters in retail increase brand awareness and drive sales by actively engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and providing samples or information. Key responsibilities include setting up promotional booths, achieving sales targets, collecting customer feedback, maintaining inventory levels, and fostering a positive brand image through enthusiastic, persuasive communication. 

Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Proactively approach customers to generate interest, explain product benefits, and close sales to meet targets.
• Product Demonstration & Sampling: Showcase product functionality, provide demonstrations, or distribute samples/coupons to encourage purchases.
• Promotional Display Maintenance: Set up, manage, and clean demo stations or booths, ensuring products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and properly signed.
• Product Knowledge Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, features, and advantages over competitors to answer customer questions effectively.
• Feedback Reporting: Collect customer insights, questions, and reactions, and report findings to management for future strategy.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers and collaborate with store staff to optimize promotional effectiveness. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication & Personality: Exceptional, outgoing, and enthusiastic interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail promotion is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
