Store Sales Executive

Dubai Laban is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage daily store operations, handle customers, billing, and ensure a smooth in-store experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dessert shops, cafes, QSRs, or food & beverage retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

• Explain menu items, offers, and assist customers in product selection

• Handle billing accurately using POS systems (cash, UPI, card payments)

• Manage daily sales transactions and cash counter reconciliation

• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and product display standards

• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues efficiently

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order fulfillment

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low inventory

• Assist in opening and closing the store

• Support promotional activities and upselling of products

Requirements & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales / dessert shop / café / QSR

• Strong customer-handling and communication skills

• Experience in billing and POS systems

• Basic knowledge of inventory and store management

• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours

• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dessert, dairy, or beverage brands

• Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred)

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge
