Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations, including inbound and outbound order management.
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and high accuracy in picking and dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational discipline in the store.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, shrinkage, and attendance.
- Manage shift schedules and allocate manpower as per business needs.
- Coordinate with delivery executives and logistics teams for smooth last-mile operations.
