Store Supervisor

Position: Store Incharge

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• Manage inventory for both FMCG and Fruits & Vegetables categories.
• Ensure timely packing of all orders to enable on-time delivery from the hub.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods to avoid expiry issues during stacking.
• Ensure all Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) are completed on the same day to minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Control dump and shrink, ensuring they remain within budgeted limits.
• Supervise packing operations and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch processes.
• Ability to manage teams and maintain operational efficiency.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
