Role Overview:

You will be the "Execution Engine." Your focus is on onboarding and managing Channel Partners, driving daily login volumes, and ensuring pipeline efficiency.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


●     Channel Management: Solely responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Connectors.

●     Pipeline Execution: Drive daily login volumes and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure "File Conversion Ratios" are high and rejection rates are low.

●     Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard MSME clients seeking business loans through your channel network and direct sourcing.

●   Operational Discipline: Ensure all login files meet documentation standards. Coordinate with Credit and Ops teams to resolve queries and speed up loan

processing.

●     Direct Sourcing: Execute "feet-on-street" activities to source direct business when required.

●     Targets: Achieve monthly disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.


Candidate Profile:


●     Experience: 2–3 years in Fintech, NBFC, or Banking Sales (MSME Lending/Unsecured Loans).

●     Network: Existing network of DSAs and Channel Partners is highly preferred.

●     Education: Graduate Mandatory.

●     Age: 25 – 45 Years.

●     Gender: Male / Female.

●     Linguistic Proficiency: Tamil & Kannada (Compulsory - Fluent), English (Professional), Hindi (Advantage).

●     Skills: Target-driven mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools.


Employment Terms:


●     Schedule: Mon–Fri (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). Weekends only if required.

●     Notice Period: 60 Days.

●     Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 15 days’ notice accepted).

●     Leaves: Probation: 1 SL. Post-Probation: 1 SL + 1 EL per month.
