Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Key Responsibilities·       Make outbound calls to prospective students and promote the institute’s courses and company’s services.

·       Provide detailed course and program information to students.

·       Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' career goals and suggest suitable courses.

·       Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

·       Maintain a record of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

·       Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure seamless handover of interested students.

·       Handle objections and concerns professionally.

Requirements·       Bachelor's degree in any field.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & local language).

·       customer service orientation.

·       Basic computer skills (MS Office).

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

·       Previous experience in educational counseling is an advantage.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
