Job Title: Student Support Executive (SSO) Organization.

Job Summary The Student Support Executive (SSO) is responsible for delivering high-quality support to students and parents by handling academic and administrative queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth student experience throughout the academic journey at Aakash.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for students and parents for queries related to courses, batches, schedules, tests, and academic policies.
  • Provide accurate information regarding admissions, fee structure, refunds, transfers, and center policies.
  • Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, and operations to resolve student concerns promptly.
  • Maintain and update student records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Support admission and enrollment processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Assist in batch allocations, rescheduling, and student communications.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Collect feedback from students/parents and escalate issues when required.
  • Support center activities, exams, and events as needed.



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle student/parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/ERP systems).
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, as per center operations.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support, education, or service industry is an advantage.
