Job Title: Student Support Executive (SSO) Organization.

Job Summary The Student Support Executive (SSO) is responsible for delivering high-quality support to students and parents by handling academic and administrative queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth student experience throughout the academic journey at Aakash.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for students and parents for queries related to courses, batches, schedules, tests, and academic policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, fee structure, refunds, transfers, and center policies.
- Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, and operations to resolve student concerns promptly.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Support admission and enrollment processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Assist in batch allocations, rescheduling, and student communications.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Collect feedback from students/parents and escalate issues when required.
- Support center activities, exams, and events as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle student/parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/ERP systems).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, as per center operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support, education, or service industry is an advantage.
