Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and creative Subject Matter Experts and experienced educators (Mathematics & ICT) to join our growing content team in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing engaging, curriculum-aligned educational content (videos, scripts, activities, and assessments) for classes 6th to 12th CBSE board.

This is not a traditional teaching role. We’re looking for content creators who can make learning exciting, interactive, and student-friendly for digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans, video scripts, and learning modules for CBSE boards (Grades 9–12).
• Translate complex academic topics into simple, engaging, and visually driven explanations suitable for digital video formats.
• Collaborate with visual designers, animators, and editors to transform teaching concepts into compelling video content.
• Design assessments, quizzes, and teaching aids for self-paced learning.
• Review and revise existing educational content for accuracy, clarity, and engagement.

Who You Are

• You have 7–10 years of experience teaching Grades 6 to 8 or 9–12 (preferably in CBSE curriculum).
• Deep subject knowledge and teaching expertise in MATHEMATICS or ICT.
• Strong command over both written and spoken English.
• Creative thinker who can blend academic rigor with storytelling techniques.
• Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced content environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject or Education.
• Proficiency with curriculum requirements of CBSE and/or IGCSE.
• Prior experience creating or curating digital learning content is a strong plus.

Good to Have

• Ability to work with cross-functional creative teams (scriptwriters, designers, animators).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
