Job Description
Engage with customers in-store, understand their requirements, and guide them to suitable products under the supervision of store staff.
Support the sales team in product presentation and showcasing, including explaining product features and benefits.
Contribute to creating a smooth, attentive, and memorable customer experience.
Help maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and overall store presentation in line with brand expectations.
Support planning and execution of catchment-level marketing activities to drive awareness and footfall
Assist in designing and implementing local marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions
