Supervisor/Incharge

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of both the retail outlet and manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate stock records, supervising billing and customer service activities, and handling customer queries effectively. In the manufacturing unit, the Supervisor will oversee production planning and execution, monitor manpower utilization, ensure quality control standards are maintained, control raw material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain proper production records. The role also includes regular stock verification, coordination with purchase and accounts teams, maintaining discipline and attendance of staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in retail or manufacturing supervision, strong leadership and team management skills, good knowledge of inventory control and basic accounting, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/billing software, and the ability to work under pressure with a target-oriented approach.
