🎯 Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Logistics & Supply Chain Management Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, vendor coordination, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and operational excellence while supporting business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:1️⃣ Supply Chain PlanningDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company growth plans

• Forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency

2️⃣ Procurement & Vendor ManagementIdentify, negotiate, and manage suppliers

• Monitor vendor performance and pricing
• Ensure quality and timely procurement of materials

3️⃣ Inventory & Warehouse ManagementMaintain optimal inventory levels

• Minimize stockouts and overstocking
• Implement inventory control systems (ERP preferred)
• Supervise warehouse operations and team

4️⃣ Logistics & DistributionManage transportation planning and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with logistics partners
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
• Monitor freight costs and optimize routes

5️⃣ Cost Control & ReportingControl logistics and supply chain costs

• Prepare monthly MIS reports
• Analyze KPIs like lead time, order accuracy, inventory turnover

6️⃣ Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure regulatory compliance

• Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions

👤 Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field

• MBA (Operations / Supply Chain) preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics & supply chain management
• Experience in FMCG / Wellness / Retail industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience in ERP systems
