Job Description
We are hiring for an Implementation Support Partner (Third Party Technical & Customer Support) for a leading Health-Tech Firm successfully running modern cloud-based Hospital Information System (HIS) used by hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres. This role is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of healthcare technology, project management and customer engagement.
You will be part of the team that either:
§ Implements and train or
§ Supports Hospital Customers on a live production system used daily by doctors and clinical staff
Job Expectation:
1) Strong willingness to learn technical concepts quickly with good communication skills.
2) Ability to understand system workflows, not just screens
3) Logical thinking and structured problem-solving
4) Strict Adherence to Data sensitivity, privacy, and compliance
5) Prior coding experience is not mandatory, but technical curiosity and discipline are essential
6) Ease working with:
§ Web applications,
§ Databases at a basic level,
§ Configuration screens and system settings,
§ Ability to patiently understand Customer issues and clearly explain technical concepts to technical users
§ High attention to detail
§ Travelling to different cities when needed for Implementation Cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
1. Provide first-level application support to hospital users
2. Troubleshoot functional issues related to workflows, data entry, and reports
3. Understand user problems and guide them to correct system usage
4. Log, track, and follow up issues using support tools
5. Escalate bugs or system issues with clear documentation
Implementation & Training Support
1. Configure the HIS based on hospital requirements
2. Assist in system setup: departments, users, roles, services, pricing, workflows
3. Support data validation and go-live readiness
4. Conduct user training sessions for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
5. Provide onsite support during implementation when required
Required skills
Application & System Knowledge
-Cloud-based SaaS application usage
-Role-based access control and permissions
-Configuration vs customization concepts
Customer Support Skills
-Basic SQL or data querying for troubleshooting (where applicable)
-Understanding APIs and integrations (labs, devices, third-party systems)
-Issue analysis and root-cause identification
-Ticketing systems and support workflows
Implementation Skills
-Training dept-wise on workflows and data entry
-Requirement gathering and documentation
-Environment setup and validation.
-User acceptance testing (UAT) support
-Go-live and post–go-live support processes
Location- Bangalore.
Starting CTC- 3-4 lpa net less Tax deduction
Work schedule – WFO-5 days a week
Note: Candidates with BCA/BBA/BE qualification or who have 0-1 year experience in Cloud application -Customer/Tech Support must apply.
