System Administrator

Skills Required:

• Graduate or Under Graduate .
• Good Communication skills (Kannada,Hindi & English).
• The ability and desire to understand the simple incident handling & Troubleshooting
• Self motivated and confident in completing the given task accurately
• Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
• Should be capable of logically reason out queries
• Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing the customers (System administration or Printer repair, Installation of CCTV/biometric experience is an added advantage)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer calls/incidents/service requests at the customer site
• Material handling & delivery of IT equipments & Peripherals.
• Participate in special promotional activities and service Camps.
• Provide detailed & accurate inputs on service reports / DC.
• Ensure customer satisfaction all times.
• Troubleshooting basic network/LAN/IP issues.
• Configuration of printers or scanners on the client network.
• May involve replacement of spares such as RAM, SSD, Laptop screen whenever required.

Academic Qualifications: SSLC, PUC, any Under Graduate or Graduate. With 2 to 4 years of experience.

Note: Candidates should mandatorily have a valid DL and a 2 wheeler
