Job Description

  • POS & System Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining POS systems, servers, and retail software, ensuring high availability during business hours.
  • Network Security & Maintenance: Monitoring and upgrading network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and firewalls to secure customer data.
  • Data Backups & Security: Performing regular backups, verifying data integrity, and maintaining antivirus/antimalware solutions.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to store employees, and escalating complex issues.
  • Infrastructure & Inventory Management: Tracking IT assets, managing software licenses, and conducting system performance tuning.
  • E-commerce Support: Maintaining the systems, databases, and technologies that support online sales and digital operations.
