Job Description
Job Title: L2 Service Desk Engineer / Technical Support
Location: Work from Office
Experience: 2–4 Years (Preferred)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office, Office 365, email, printers, and internet applications.
- Manage Active Directory tasks such as user account management and access requests.
- Support software installation, antivirus, system imaging, and patch management.
- Resolve issues related to wireless connectivity and network access.
- Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Follow ITIL processes, maintain documentation, and generate MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Experience in L2 Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking basics.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Additional Requirement:
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Work from office is mandatory.
