System / Service Engineer (Laptop & Desktop – Field Support)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable System/Service Engineer to manage rental laptops and desktops, perform hardware repairs, and deliver prompt on-site support at client locations. This role offers a balanced mix of office responsibilities and hands-on field service, ideal for professionals who enjoy both technical depth and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops and desktops

· Provide basic to intermediate MacBook / macOS support

· Perform desktop and laptop assembly, hardware upgrades, and part replacements

· Prepare, deploy, collect, and maintain rental systems as per client requirements

· Visit client sites for issue resolution, system replacement, and support activities

· Support printers and projectors (CCTV support will be an added advantage)

Mandatory Requirements

· 3+ years of experience as a System / Service Engineer

· Strong hands-on knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware

· Proven experience in laptop display and internal parts replacement

· Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field service

· Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Working Hours

· Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

· Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

· Sunday: Weekly Off
