We're Hiring: System Administrator

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our hardware, software, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide remote troubleshooting and support for end-user hardware equipment, including laptops, printers, scanners, and desktops.

- Support Windows operating systems and client software, such as MS Office, Firewall, Antivirus, and VPN.

- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including basic networking concepts.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.

Requirements:

- Microsoft MCSE/MCSA certification (or equivalent).

- Proven experience in system administration, technical support, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Physical ability to move IT equipment and stand/walk during shifts.
