Work Description – System Administrator

Position: System Administrator

Role Overview:

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all software and hardware systems across our outlets. The role requires strong technical skills, coordination ability, and multilingual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Software & Hardware Maintenance:

Ensure all systems, computers, and related hardware are functioning smoothly at all store locations.

Billing Software Installation:

Install and configure billing software for new outlets and support existing installations.

Service Coordination:

Coordinate with system and printer service vendors for timely repair, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Data Management:

Maintain and update Excel records, reports, and system-related data.

Basic Photo Editing:

Perform simple design and editing tasks using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools when required.

Communication:

Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Knowledge of Kannada and Tamil is required for smooth coordination with outlet teams.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and basic networking

Ability to troubleshoot system and printer issues

Basic design/photo-editing knowledge

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good verbal and written communication skills

Multilingual abilities: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
