• Key ResponsibilitiesAlter garments (blouses, kurtas, dresses, saree falls, etc.) as per customer requirements
• Take accurate body measurements and ensure proper fitting
• Assist customers with minor customizations and styling suggestions
• Maintain quality finishing, stitching, and detailing
• Handle basic repairs and adjustments
• Work closely with store team for timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tailoring area
• Requirements2–5 years of tailoring experience (boutique or retail preferred)
• Strong skills in women’s wear stitching and alterations
• Ability to handle handloom and delicate fabrics
• Knowledge of blouse stitching and fitting is a big plus
• Attention to detail and neat finishing
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/Kannada)
