Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role ensures a positive candidate experience and helps the organization attract and retain the best talent.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on multiple job boards.
• Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs.
• Assist in campus recruitment and hiring drives.
• Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of HR tools, ATS, and MS Office.
