Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Domlur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong communication skills in Hindi. This role involves sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand manpower needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Male candidates only.
• Mandatory Hindi language proficiency (spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
