Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Non-IT) who will be responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring for on-ground roles such as Sales and Logistics staff. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment and excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Sales, Logistics, Field Operations, etc.)
• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet business requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand manpower needs.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in Non-IT or blue-collar recruitment (Sales, Logistics preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in bulk/volume hiring.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
