Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Volume Hiring Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have at least 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume settings. This role is crucial for meeting our ambitious hiring targets to support the rapid growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment processes for large-scale hiring initiatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and facilitate timely feedback processes.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that promote our company as an employer of choice and enhance candidate experience.
• Data Management: Accurately maintain records of candidates and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Support communication and collaboration with department managers and the HR team to understand and meet staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
