Role Overview:

We are looking for a Non-Tech Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for non-technical roles, primarily in Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and other business functions. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about recruitment, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand role requirements and hiring needs for non-tech functions.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.

Screen and evaluate candidates through calls and assessments.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate pipeline, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth hiring process.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in the ATS.

Support in employer branding initiatives and referral drives.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in non-tech recruitment (Sales/Support/Operations hiring preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
