We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and drive recruitment efforts. You'll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and build a strong pipeline of candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

- Screen and shortlist candidates

- Coordinate interviews and feedback

- Manage candidate experience and communication

- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and universities

- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights

- 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize
