Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Executives, Business Development, and Sales Leadership positions
• Partner with Sales Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and performance expectations
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on sales competencies, cultural fit, and performance potential
• Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Maintain and manage talent pipelines for current and future sales hiring needs
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates
• Negotiate offers and manage pre-onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws
• Stay updated on sales hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence
