About the Role — Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to help us build the team that’s reimagining the future of management.

This role goes beyond recruitment — it’s about helping shape a team that can take on massive operational challenges and develop world-class AI products. You’ll be at the center of our growth, partnering closely with leaders across engineering, product, sales, and business to bring in the kind of talent that will define Zigzag’s future.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end hiring for critical roles across product, engineering, operations, and more
• Act as a strategic partner to team leads to understand hiring needs and define success profiles
• Build strong talent pipelines using sourcing tools, referrals, and creative outreach
• Craft compelling job descriptions and manage candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Maintain and optimize our recruitment workflows and ATS systems
• Champion our employer brand and help position Zigzag as a top destination for ambitious talent
• Bring fresh ideas to improve hiring velocity, quality, and candidate engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally in high-growth tech/startup environments
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and closing skills
• A sharp eye for talent — and an even sharper instinct for team and culture fit
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
• Bonus: Experience hiring for technical or AI/ML roles
• Bonus: A passion for building the kind of team that can change the world
