Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for Sales vertical.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring targets.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage large candidate pipelines and keep track of hiring SLAs.

Recruitment Operations & Execution:

• Conduct and coordinate bulk hiring events, job fairs, and campus drives.
• Maintain accurate hiring records, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance guidelines.

Employer Branding & Market Insights:

• Build relationships with vendors, colleges, and external hiring partners.
• Stay updated with market trends to improve hiring strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in bulk/volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills: Experience with job portals, social media hiring, and employee referrals.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
