Job Description

Role & responsibilities



Key Result Areas


1. Ensure 100% adherence to the IJP process, timelines, and policies.

2. Publish IJP notifications on schedule and ensure maximum internal

visibility.

3. Conduct eligibility screening and coordinate with hiring managers for

evaluation.

4. Maintain IJP dashboards, trackers, and monthly reports with complete

accuracy.

5. Ensure employee queries regarding IJP are resolved within defined TAT.

6. Drive transparency and fairness in internal job movements.

7. Support audits by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

  • Improve process efficiency through automation, SOP updates,

and best practices.


1. Coordinate with department heads and HRBPs for manpower requests

and IJP approvals.

2. Facilitate interviews, assessments, and panel discussions for internal

candidates.

3. Guide employees on eligibility, selection criteria, and role expectations.

4. Escalate process delays or policy deviations to the Talent Management

Head.

5. Ensure adherence to company culture, values, and fair internal mobility

practices.

6. Engage with Learning & Development teams for candidate skill-gap

alignment.

7. Mentor junior HR operations team members when required.


Preferred candidate profile


Qualifications


1. Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Business

Administration, or related field.

2. Additional certifications in HR Operations, Talent Management,

or HR Analytics will be an advantage.


Experience


1. 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent

Management, or Internal Hiring.

2. Prior experience in conducting IJP cycles or internal transfers is

preferred.

3. Experience in large-scale, multi-location organisations will be an

added benefit.


Functional Competencies


1. Strong knowledge of HR policies, IJP processes, and HR operations.

2. Proficiency in Excel, MIS tools, HRIS platforms, and reporting

dashboards.

3. Good understanding of performance management and role-mapping..

4. Ability to analyse internal talent movement trends and manpower

requirements.

5. Strong documentation skills and process-orientation.

6. Capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions.
