We're Hiring "Tally Accountant"


Freshers and Experienced

Qualification : Any Graduate

Salary : Up to 22K

Location : Sheshadripuram, Banglore

Day Shifts , 6 Days of working


Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and highly reliable professional to manage our Tally accounting, enquiries, client communication, payment governance, and office coordination. This is a core role that sits at the heart of our chemical distribution operations.

The position offers long-term growth into inside sales, client handling, and occasional field/industrial visits as the candidate becomes comfortable with products and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Tally & Accounts (Primary)

1. Utilize Tally to manage:

o e-invoices / credit notes / debit notes

o Purchase orders & GST-compliant documents

o Stock maintenance and inventory reconciliation

2. Record and maintain daily books of accounts

3. Account monitoring, reconciliation, and coordination on payments

4. Ensure regulatory compliance:

o GST

o e-invoice

o transport documentation

o export billing when required


B. Enquiries & Inside Sales Ops

1. Handle industrial chemical enquiries from:

o IndiaMART

o WhatsApp

o email leads

2. Share quotations and product pricing on a regular basis

3. Follow up with potential and existing customers

4. Maintain enquiry records inside Excel / CRM


C. Dispatch & Coordination

1. Book transporters for outstation clients

2. Ensure:

o Material is picked from your place

o Sent to transporter

o Transporter receives 2 bill copies

o LR is collected in return

3. Coordinate dispatches until completion


D. Administrative Work

1. Manage office emails and communication with buyers & vendors

2. Day-to-day tasks:

o Indiamart replies

o scheduling deliveries

o managing supplies

o coordination with godown

o exhibitions support

3. Ensure smooth office functioning:

o Printer/toner/paper checks

o Excel/Word documentation

o platform updates
