Tally Implementation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Tally Software Implementation Engineer specializing in Tally Solutions to join our team. The role involves deploying, configuring, and supporting Tally software for clients, customizing solutions based on their business needs, and ensuring seamless implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about business software solutions and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and implement Tally software solutions for clients.
• Provide training and support to clients on Tally functionalities and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after the implementation process.
• Provide hands-on support during deployment and address client-specific requirements through on-site visits
• Maintain documentation of the implementation process and provide ongoing support for updates and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Requirements:

Education: Any degree.

Experience:

• Freshers & Experienced (Full-time)

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally Prime or experience in Tally customization.
• Knowledge of GST, payroll, and other Tally modules.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations involving Tally.
