Inside Sales Team Lead
The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by guiding a high-performing team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance personal sales excellence with the mentorship of others, ensuring the team maintains a robust pipeline through diligent lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily KPIs, and optimizing CRM workflows to ensure no opportunity is overlooked. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and the sales floor, translating high-level business goals into actionable daily tasks while fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of hitting individual quotas and a natural aptitude for leadership. You should demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Proficiency in CRM software and a deep understanding of the sales funnel are essential.
