URGENT HIRING – Merchant Onboarding Team Manager


  • Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
  • Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA (CTC)
  • Joining: Immediate Preferred


A fast-growing digital services platform is hiring a Merchant Onboarding Team Manager to build and manage large-scale merchant acquisition teams across multiple states.

We are looking for a strong field leader who understands merchant acquisition, team management, and execution at scale.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage merchant onboarding teams across multiple cities/states
  • Drive merchant acquisition targets and onboarding performance
  • Build weekly & monthly onboarding business plans
  • Conduct daily team reviews and performance tracking
  • Ensure quality merchant onboarding and activation
  • Coordinate with tech and operations teams for smooth onboarding


Ideal Candidate

  • 3–4 years experience in merchant onboarding- field sales team leadership
  • Experience handling large distributed field teams
  • Strong execution, reporting, and team management skills
  • Comfortable working with apps, dashboards, and tech platforms
  • Hindi communication mandatory
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred
