Team Leader

Job Title: Senior Executive - Modern Trade

Reporting To: Trade Marketing Manager (India)                                            

 Location: North Bengaluru (Yelahanka, Whitefield, Hebbal)

Job Type: Permanent

Shift timings: 10.30am to 7.30pm (9 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage promoter performance against targets through daily/weekly tracking and guidance.

• Conduct promoter 360* training periodically 

• Visit 3-4 retail stores daily to oversee operations.

• Handle promoter recruitment (hiring and rehiring).

• Resolve any on-ground issues faced by promoters at stores.

• Daily/Weekly make report and share with TMM 

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) +Travel Allowance (TA) / Daily Allowance (DA) 

• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) + Employee State Insurance (ESI) and  Monthly Incentives based on performance
