📝 Job OverviewWe are hiring a Real Estate Sales Team Leader to manage building sales operations, supervise the sales team, and ensure lead conversion for residential plots and apartments in Bangalore.

🎯 Key Responsibilities• Handle complete building/project sales coordination

• Manage and monitor incoming leads

• Assign leads to sales executives and track performance

• Guide and support team members in closing deals

• Conduct follow-ups and ensure proper client handling

• Arrange and monitor site visits

• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved

• Maintain sales reports and performance tracking

• Experience in Real Estate Sales required

• Leadership and team handling experience preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
