Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 3 - 5 years in supervisory/Team Handling experience.

Reports to Reportees

• Store Manager.
• Csr’s and cashiers

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Plan and coordinate work activities with the Asst Store Manager to operate the outlet.
• Assign responsibility areas and work schedules, Handle Guest complaints, interact with customers to assess their needs, Party organization with the Party Coordinator. Coordinate with Team Members/Outsourced Agencies for the proper maintenance of all equipment, furniture and fixtures of the outlet.
• Handling the guest complaints and resolving them professionally in an efficient and prompt manner or escalating it further to the SM.
• To ensure the entire facility is maintained in such a way so that it gives clean, safe and hygiene environment for the users at every aspects of operations management in terms of high standard and quality.
• Assist Store Manager in preparing sales, operational expense and other financial reports with complete understanding on the subject.
• Ensure availability of all consumables at all times.

Customer Relationship Management

• Resolving customer’s complaints/issues. Build effective relationship with the customers when dealing and interacting with them on floor or during the Birthday Parties.

People Management:

• Effective coordination and communication with team members.
• Train employees in Guest Service and job Skills
• Develop and motivate the team.

Inventory Management

• Ensure availability of all consumables, redemption gifts and any other item needed for Operations. Implement internal controls and record inventories
