Job Title: Team Leader – Collections

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage a team for collections or sales at our Koramangala, Bangalore location. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in handling a team in the collections or sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage a team of collection or sales executives.
• Assign daily targets and ensure team productivity.
• Monitor individual and team performance regularly.
• Guide and motivate team members to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle escalated customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Team Leader in collections or sales.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of collection or sales processes.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand salary: ₹28,000 to ₹33,500 per month.
