Job Description
๐ Job Description We are looking for a Team Leader โ Real Estate Sales to manage, guide, and motivate a sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proven experience in closing real-estate deals.
- ๐ Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the real-estate sales team to achieve targets
- Handle client interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Strong ability in sales negotiation and deal closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Assist team members in handling site visits and follow-ups
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Train and guide team members to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with management for sales strategies and planning

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales (plots / villas / apartments)
- Ability to build strong relationship bonding with clients
