๐Ÿ“Œ Job Description We are looking for a Team Leader โ€“ Real Estate Sales to manage, guide, and motivate a sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proven experience in closing real-estate deals.


  • ๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the real-estate sales team to achieve targets
  • Handle client interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability in sales negotiation and deal closing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Assist team members in handling site visits and follow-ups
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Train and guide team members to improve conversion rates
  • Coordinate with management for sales strategies and planning

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (plots / villas / apartments)
