Team Leader

Lead Generation & Acquisition:

• Identify and onboard new merchants through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
• Pitch merchant credit and loan products tailored to business needs.

Sales & Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant loans.
• Drive cross-selling of financial products to existing merchant base.

Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Resolve merchant queries and issues promptly.

Credit Assessment & Documentation:

• Collect and verify KYC documents, bank statements, and financial data.
• Coordinate with credit and risk teams for loan processing and approvals.

Market Intelligence:

• Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide feedback to product and credit teams for continuous improvement.
