Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, shortlist for grey/blue-collar hiring
- Manage high-volume frontline worker recruitment for Manufacturing/Logistics roles ( Technicians, Helpers, Welders & Fabricators, Warehouse Workers, Forklift Operators, Pickers & packers, etc.)
- Track daily hiring metrics and ensure target achievement
- Coordinate with clients for requirements and feedback
- Ensure quality hiring and quick turnaround time
