Team Leader – Lead Generation

We are a leading abroad education consultancy, helping students secure MBBS admissions in top medical universities abroad. We focus on providing personalized guidance and ensuring smooth operations while growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Admission Counselors and Lead Generation Executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure individual and team targets are met.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance communication, counseling, and sales skills of the team.
• Oversee daily operations, including client communication, documentation, and lead follow-ups.
• Maintain quality assurance in student counseling and client interactions.
• Resolve escalated issues from students, parents, or team members effectively.
• Report to senior management on team performance, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team management, preferably in BPO, education consultancy, or counseling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of MBBS admission processes abroad is a plus.
• Target-driven, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
