Position Overview

EOS Globe is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to manage, guide, and motivate a team of associates in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, domain knowledge in Banking/Insurance/Sales, and the ability to drive performance, quality, and productivity while meeting operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of customer support/sales associates
• Ensure daily operational targets, SLAs, KPIs, and productivity metrics are met
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or process-related issues
• Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and quality improvement discussions
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and MIS teams to improve overall performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines
• Maintain attendance, shrinkage, and attrition control within the team
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management
• Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, or Sales processes is mandatory
• Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in any regional language / Malayalam
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Work Schedule 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
• Shift timings:
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹36,000
• In-hand Salary: ₹32,500
