Team Leader - Operations

·        Team Management

·        Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 15–25 associates

·        Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions

·        Handle attendance, shrinkage, leave planning, and roster adherence

·        Operations Management

·        Monitor day-to-day e-commerce operations (orders, cancellations, returns, RTO, refunds)

·        Ensure SLA, TAT, AHT, productivity, and quality targets are met

·        Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Training, WFM, Tech)

           Requirements -

·        Graduate in any discipline

·        Overall, 3 years’ Experience.

1 year as Team Leader on paper should be there.
