Roles and Responsibilities for Operation Executive
Position Title: Team Leader
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Deputy Operations Manager
Job Overview: The Operation Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of driver recruitment, client interaction, and daily logistics activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to coordinate between drivers, clients, and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driver Recruitment and Management:
- Hiring Drivers: Posting ads, Callings to potential candidates, Conduct interviews, background checks, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires.
- Driver Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring drivers are well-versed in driving Ev trucks, using customer aps for deliveries, using aps for charging facility, company policies, operational requirements, and safety standards.
- Driver Attendance: Maintain accurate records of driver attendance and manage leave requests and replacement drivers for effective operations.
- Documentation and Verification:
- Background Checks: Ensure thorough background verification of all drivers, including checking driving records and criminal history by submitting the documents such as adhar card and driving license to the background verification team and get the report from them before deployment.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of all driver documentation, including licenses, background verification certificate, and personal information.
- Client Interaction:
- Requirement Gathering: Discuss with clients to understand their operating requirements and ensure these are communicated effectively to the drivers.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Driver Communication and Coordination:
- Clear Instructions: Communicate operational requirements clearly to drivers and ensure they understand their tasks.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with drivers to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during operations.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Smooth Operations: Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and resolve any issues that may disrupt the workflow.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and address operational problems, ensuring minimal impact on service delivery.
- Reporting:
- MIS and DSR Reports: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and Daily Sales Reports (DSR) accurately and share them with clients and management as required.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Coordination:
- Salary Calculation: Calculate drivers' salaries accurately, ensuring all allowances and deductions are accounted for.
- Finance Team Interaction: Maintain smooth communication with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursements and address any financial queries.
- Backend Coordination:
- Report Collection: Collect necessary reports and data for financial transactions and update the backend team accordingly.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure all financial transactions are documented and communicated to the relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree , Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
