Description 

1. Top 100 accounts to be personally driven and ensure given target of management is achieved.

2. Profitability of portfolio to be enhanced on monthly basis and ensure to minimize, avoid the loss and to be handled appropriately as per the company management.

3.End to end field activities of portfolio to be driven and taken care and ensuring any deviance or non-process adherence/ malpractice or integrity issues to be avoided.

4.Process, productivity, performance to be maintained and month on month set targets to be achieved.

5. Assist in the achieving of targets for individuals and team.

6. Coordinate with clients and field team on regular basis and enhance the relationship, engagement and team management.

7. Use techniques and deep dive on allocation timely, conduct daily one on one call review's with Agent/ FOS.

8. Monitor auto dailer on daily basis.

Tele caller

Skills required:-Banking collection, credit card collection, Dept recovery , customer calling

Description

Qualification:- Any graduate / under graduate / diploma

* Excellent communication skills 

*Tele-caller is responsible for proactively contacting delinquent customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment arrangements, active listening, patience, negotiation skills and problem solving. During the lean period will be supporting other teams as well.

* DRA/NON DRA can apply

salary:-18+ incentive for freshers, 20+ with incentives for experience

Field executive

Skill required:- Banking collection, dept recovery, credit card collection's

* Executive must visit per day 8-12 cases

* per day minimum 5 payments

* executive must do productive work on field

* Executive has to be on field at 8am at the customer place

* DRA/ NON DRA can apply

SALARY:-20K+ With incentives
