Job Description
- The role of a Team Leader at Oraiyan Groups involves overseeing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales commitments.
- The Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and monitoring team performance, conducting regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. They assign daily tasks, leads, and responsibilities, guide team members during client meetings and site visits, and ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales targets.
- The role also involves generating new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers, and ensuring timely follow-up on all leads by the team.
- The Team Leader must keep updated on project details, market trends, and competitor activities, coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth sales processes, and maintain daily and weekly reports on team performance and sales activities
